Pursuant to Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Act and Article 13 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, voting rights shall be granted to shareholders recorded in the shareholders’ register as of December 31, 2024.

For the purpose of determining shareholders entitled to such rights, the Company hereby gives notice that any changes to entries in the shareholders’ register—including transfers of shares, registration or cancellation of pledges, and indication or cancellation of trust property—will be suspended from January 1, 2025 to January 3, 2025.
