Audit Opinion:

We have audited the consolidated financial statements of Chips&Media Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”). These financial statements comprise the statement of financial position as of December 31, 2024, and the statements of comprehensive income, changes in equity, and cash flows for the reporting period then ended, as well as notes to the financial statements, including significant accounting policy information.

In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as of December 31, 2024, and its financial performance and cash flows for the reporting period then ended, in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS).
